  • Begin the planning phase of the Cx process with the owner’s project requirements (OPR) and basis of design (BOD), then continue the process through the warranty period.
  • Apply analytics software to automate and enhance the process.
  • Seek independent advice to select the software package that best fits your needs. Considerations include: packaged vs. customizable, ability to scale, independence from controls system(s), independence from engineering, etc.
